Build it once. Maintain it always. Cancel when you want.
A custom inventory automation, written specifically for your supplier feeds and pricing rules. Plus the part most apps don't include, a person who knows your setup when something breaks. Built mostly for dropshippers, who don't buy inventory until the order's placed and route fulfillment straight to the supplier.
I talk through your setup before anyone signs anything.
I talk through your current setup, your supplier feeds, what's broken, and what you've already tried. If a $10/mo app like Stock Sync would solve your problem, I'll tell you. If your situation needs custom work, I'll explain what an engagement looks like with scope, timeline, and price.
Custom automation build
A one-time engagement to build and deploy your custom inventory automation. Includes the technical audit and the build itself. Retainer kicks in once the build ships, with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
- Connection to your supplier feeds (FTP, SFTP, HTTP, or API, any structured format)
- Custom mapping between distributor SKUs and your Shopify variants or eBay listings
- Your pricing rules written into code (tier-based markup, MAP enforcement, price floors, brand-specific rules, any rule you can describe)
- Quantity sync at whatever frequency your business needs
- Monitoring and alerts so failures don't go silent
- 14-day money-back if it isn't reliably syncing
Ongoing management
Ongoing management. Starts the day your build ships. 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month.
- Continuous monitoring with alerts on failed runs
- Feed-format patches when distributors change schemas (happens 2 to 4 times a year per supplier)
- Shopify API patches as Shopify updates
- New SKU mapping as your catalog grows
- Up to 2 hours/month of small logic changes included
- 24-hour response on issues
- 3-month minimum. Cancel anytime after.
Each additional feed is $300.
The infrastructure built for the first feed extends to the rest.
| Feeds | Build cost |
|---|---|
| 1 feed | $500 |
| 2 feeds | $800 |
| 3 feeds | $1,100 |
| 4 feeds | $1,400 |
| 5 feeds | $1,700 |
| 6+ feeds | Custom quote |
Ongoing management. Flat rate.
Same monthly work whether you have one feed or five. Six and up, I quote it.
| Feeds | Retainer |
|---|---|
| 1 to 5 feeds | $299/mo |
| 6+ feeds | Custom quote |
Questions I get most.
Will this work with my distributor?
If they offer an FTP, SFTP, HTTP, or API feed, almost certainly yes. The format doesn't matter much. CSV, TSV, pipe-delimited, JSON, XML, multi-file, behind auth. I've handled all of it.
Do I need to know n8n?
No. I build and run it. You see your store (Shopify or eBay) and a weekly email summary.
Does this work for eBay stores too?
Yes. Same approach, same pricing. I write the same kind of custom logic against eBay's Inventory and Trading APIs as I do against Shopify's Admin API. If you sell on both, one engagement can cover both destinations.
What happens when my distributor changes their feed format?
I notice before you do, patch it, and email you what I changed. Included in the retainer.
Why not just use Stock Sync at $10/mo?
If your distributor and business rules fit Stock Sync, you should. I'm for shops whose feed or rules don't fit, or whose owner doesn't want to be the one debugging it at 2am.
Where does the workflow run?
On your own n8n Cloud account. I have admin access to build and maintain. You can revoke at any time. If you cancel, you keep the workflow.
What if I want to cancel?
Anytime after the 3-month minimum. I export the workflow, hand you the keys, and document maintenance. You can run it yourself or pass it to anyone else.
Want to know if I can help your shop?
I'm taking 5 founding clients into the Operator Program with the build free, up to 5 feeds. See if you qualify.
14-day money-back. Cancel anytime after 3 months.
