Managed inventory sync · Shopify + eBay

Custom inventory sync. Built for and dropshippers.

I keep your quantities and prices accurate to the latest data from your suppliers, however weird their feeds are. And I'm the one who fixes it if the feed breaks or if your supplier changes their feed format.

Built for dropshippers. You don't buy inventory until the customer places the order. Your supplier ships direct. Your store stays accurate, so you never sell something they can't ship.

14-day money-back. Cancel anytime after 3 months. I'll tell you if you don't need me.

Why shops call me Three reasons

Three things off-the-shelf apps don't fix.

  1. Off-the-shelf apps hit a ceiling.

Stock Sync, Syncee, and the rest cover the common cases. The moment your pricing logic doesn't fit their conditional multipliers, MAP enforcement, tiered markup, brand-specific rules, you're stuck. I write the rules in code. Anything you can describe in plain English, I can build.

  2. Off-the-shelf apps don't speak your supplier.

Stock Sync, Syncee, and the rest all handle standard CSV feeds. But the moment your supplier sends a multi-file feed, a pipe-delimited file, an HTTP feed behind auth, or a schema that doesn't match their dropdown menu, you're stuck. I've yet to find a feed format I couldn't work with.

  3. When the feed breaks at 2am, nobody's at the help desk.

Your distributor changes their column order. Your sync silently fails. Oversells go out the door. Stockouts show on every product page. You hear about it the next morning from an angry customer. The point of paying me is that I've already noticed and fixed it.

Distributors I've worked with Examples, not the limit

Any supplier with a structured feed works.

How it works Three steps

How an engagement runs.

  1. Discovery20–30 min

I read your feeds and check fit — what's broken, what works, who fits. If an off-the-shelf tool would solve it, I'll tell you straight.

  2. Build2–3 weeks

Custom sync written for your rules — margins, multi-source, MAP, all of it — built around how your suppliers actually send data.

  3. Maintainongoing

I patch and watch it. When a feed breaks, I notice before you do and fix it — you go on vacation.

Builds start at $500. Management from $299/mo. Money back if it doesn't sync. I'll tell you if a $10/mo app is the right answer instead.
